“bprab” (ปรับ) can be used in the following ways:

main verb: to adjust

The verb “bprab” (ปรับ) is used when we change something slightly to make it more correct, effective, or suitable.

Examples:

– ter bprab gra-bpong kawng-ter, haai-jai leuk-leuk, lae deuhn kao bpai nai hawng
(She adjust her skirt, took a deep breath, and walked into the room)
– thaa gao-ee soong geun-bpai khun sa-maad bprab man hai mot-som gap gap khun dai
(If the chair is too high you can adjust it to suit you)
– nai tha-nat kroo khun dtawng bprab wi-thee garn-sawn kawng-khun hai mot-som gap kwaam-dtawng-garn kawng nak-rian
