Thai Word of the Day: “fung-saan” (ฟุ่งซ่าน)

“fung-saan” (ฟุ่งซ่าน) can be used in the following ways:

adjective: is distracted / is restless

The adjective “fung-saan” (ฟุ่งซ่าน) is used when we not able to keep still because we are nervous, bored, or impatient.


kao roo-seuk fung-saan lae yak glab bpai thee New York
(He is getting restless and wants to return to New York)

ter gam-lang fung-saan lae deuhn bpai deuhn ma nai baan
(She is restless and marching up and down in the house)
