Thai Word of the Day: “leuk-lab” (ลึกลับ)

“leuk-lab” (ลึกลับ) can be used in the following ways:

adjective: is mysterious

The adjective “leuk-lab” (ลึกลับ) is used for saying that something is full of secrets, not explained or understood. Or, that someone is keeping things secrets, especially in a way that makes other people want to discover what they are.


kao sia-chee-wid nai sa-thaa-na-garn leuk-lab
(He died in mysterious circumstances)

phoo-ying leuk-lab nai chood-gra-bpong see-kaao
(A mysterious woman in a white dress)
